Spectacular single-family residence located in Beaver Creek overlooking the creek. High end finishes throughout this home make it a fantastic vacation home. Enclave #238 features granite countertops in the kitchen. There is a beautiful dining area. The living room offers a wood fireplace as well as a TV/VCR/DVD. There are two large decks with an outdoor gas grill on upper deck and a private outdoor hot tub on lower deck.
The master suite offers a jacuzzi tub. The remaining two bedrooms can either have two twins in each or can be converted to a king in each. Additionally, there is a 2 car garage, a washer/dryer, a Sony PlayStation 2, high-speed wireless internet, computer and fax machine. Common area pool and tennis courts are available in summer. This is a great home for family gatherings and corporate retreats. Bedding consists of 3 kings, 4 twin and 1 pull-out sofa. Sleeps up to 12 guests.
