Chatty Patty's is a quaint and cozy basic Bear Mountain cabin. It's in a great location since it's a walking distance to the National Forest and between both Snow Summit and Bear Mountain Ski Resorts. The drive to either ski area is less than 5 minutes.
This 2 story 1 bedroom with loft has a basic kitchen with microwave, dining table for 4 people, wood burning fireplace, TV/DVD/VCR and front porch with table and charcoal BBQ. The bedroom area downstairs has a full sized bed and full bathroom (There is no door on this bedroom). The loft area is spacious and overlooking the living room area. It has a king size bed. The back yard is fully fenced with chain link. There is an easy level parking for 3 cars.
