Both Cozy Hollow and Cozy Hollow II in one unit (built in 1984). Between both homes you have 3 bedrooms, all with Queen sized beds and a loft with a Twin futon, 2.5 baths.
One cabin with a fireplace, a total of 2 full kitchens and a fully fenced in yard with a gate that does access the lake/lagoon at the backof the property.
There is a cyclone fence around the property with a gate accessing the cove area of the lake (also called the lagoon)
