Evergreen Escape is located in the Summit Estates with three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms.This property is furnished and appealing for next trip to Big Bear Lake. Only just four blocks or so walk to the Snow Summit parking lot if guests up for a leisurely walk and just minutes by car to all the attractions that Big Bear offers.
This is a two story home situated on huge three forth acre lot with a spacious full kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher and microwave, formal dining table for six and additional counter bar seating for three more people. Venture out the patio doors off the dining room to a fenced huge backyard with plenty of snow play, patio table, decking and charcoal BBQ. The living room has high ceilings and stylishly decorated with a wood burning stove, flat screen 42" TV, DVD and wifi internet and comfortable furnishings, including a sectional couch. 
There is also a half bathroom on hand on this first floor. All three bedrooms are to be found on the second floor of this vacation retreat. The beautiful master suite has a queen size bed, sitting area, huge private bath with spa tub plus a private balcony to view the back of the property. The second bedroom has a lovely full size bed with a baby pack and play available and the third bedroom has a queen bed plus a bunk set (two twins) . Both the second and third bedrooms upstairs share a full bath in hallway and a laundry separate from the main home for guest to utilize. 

No pets allowed and the garage is not available for guest use during their stay.
