Just less than five minutes to Big Bear Lake Village area for shopping or more entertainment.
The property has a kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave plus a dining table. The living room has a wood burning stove. The first bedroom is on the first floor with a queen bed and a TV with basic cable only. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed. A hallway bath and laundry is available on the lower level. There is a den and media room off the back of the kitchen area with sectional sofa sleeper, acoustic piano, TV with expanded cable, DVD, stereo and WIFI internet connection. Access out the back to the big deck area and charcoal BBQ in the fenced back yard.
