Der Steiermark are located on Park Avenue on the south side of Breckenridge and has a long tradition of providing terrific value and an excellent location. The base of Peak Nine including the new Quicksilver Super Six Chairlift, are directly across the street, providing easy access to the slopes. Historic Main Street, Breckenridge is less than half a block away, with a myriad of shops and restaurants. The building is situated right between the Blue River and a walking path that winds through Breckenridge.

Guests shuttle provides door to door transportation to any location in Breckenridge, including the new gondola at the base of Peak Seven. A short walk across the street will bring guests to the base area of Peak Nine and the Quicksilver Super Six Chair. Peak Nine is the least crowded of all of the areas of Breckenridge Ski Mountain and has runs and terrain parks for every level. The complimentary guests shuttle also provides door to door transportation to the Gondola at the base of Peak Seven.At the end of the ski day, guests can take easy green runs, like Lower American, Lower Lehman and Silverthorne to the base of Peak Nine, where guests can take a short walk back home.

Der Steiermark offers warm and cozy living areas with wood burning fireplaces. Take in the views of the ski hill and historic Main Street from the balcony, or relax indoors by the wood burning fireplace. The living rooms are comfortably decorated and have cable TV with DVD players. The kitchens are inviting and come fully equipped with refrigerators, microwaves, cookware, dishes, utensils, coffee and tea makers. Each bathroom has hair dryers and complimentary travel toiletries. Daily housekeeping is provided upon request. There are pay laundry facilities in the building. After a long day on the slopes, relax in Der Steiermark's outdoor hot tub. Or take in the views of the Blue River from the balcony.

If guests drove a vehicle, it will stay warm and dry in the locked and heated underground parking garage. Downstairs, in the building, is Mi Casa Mexican Restaurant, a local's favorite for a fantastic happy hour and great meals. Across the street, at Main Street Station is a 24-hour front desk, bell service, concierge and a maintenance department for any other needs guest. Wyndham Vacation Rentals also boasts a variety of meeting spaces and regularly hosts weddings, corporate groups and business conferences. Whether guests are heading to Breckenridge in the Summer or Winter, there is plenty to do. Guests can shop or dine in Historic Downtown, explore the many trail systems or hit the slopes at Breckenridge Ski Resort.

This Der Steiermark studio unit #108, one bathroom is approximately 320 square feet. This unit guests will enjoy a nice view of the Blue River, the Dredge Pond and downtown Breckenridge. Stay a step up from a hotel room with a wood-burning fireplace, full kitchen and a small dining area. Recently remodelled, this beautiful studio now has new cabinets, new tile floors and granite counter-tops in both the kitchen and bathroom, and a new mounted flat screen TV. Bedding includes a queen bed and a queen sofa sleeper. This unit may accommodate up to four guests.
