Park Place is ideally located one block from historic Main Street, Breckenridge and directly across the street from the Riverwalk Center and the Blue River. Its free shuttle stop is directly across the street which will take guests to the many ski base areas. Guests also enjoy the added luxury of a complimentary, on-call guests shuttle that will take anywhere in Breckenridge. Park Place guests have access to a common area with outdoor fire pit and two outdoor hot tubs. Guests also have access to the upper village pool, a short walk or shuttle ride away, which has an indoor and outdoor heated pool and hot tubs, changing rooms, and a relaxing sun tanning area. Other amenities include an on-call guests shuttle, 24-hour front desk, bell service, concierge services and housekeeping for any other needs.
This two bedroom, two bathroom condominium unit has an area of approximately 1,094 square feet combines the best of both worlds with its efficient layout, and comfortable living space. It features a full kitchen, dining area for guests, and a gas fireplace to warm up by at the end of cold mountain day and guests can step out onto the private balcony for some fresh mountain air. Bedding includes a queen-sized bed in the master bedroom, a queen-sized bed and a bunk bed with trundle in the guests bedroom and a queen futon in the living room. This unit can accommodate nine guests.
