The Lodge at Riverbend is near the west end of Main St in Frisco Colorado. The building was built in the past 5 years so it is in excellent condition. Our unit at the lodge is large and spacious. The unobstructed view from the deck is of the primitive forest and Mt Victoria, Witchataw and Little Chief. The Lodge at Riverbend has all the convenience of Main St dining and shopping and a Free Summit Stage stop just steps from the property. The Stage makes its last stop on direct route to Copper Mountain. So if you would like to pay half the price but have it all this is the place for you.
The living room is open to the kitchen and dining room. The area is a spacious 700 square feet. Enjoy the game on our large flat screen while warming yourself in front of the gas fire place, or just watch the wild life from the balconyl. The sofa is a convertible queen size bed.
The kitchen is well equipped with newer appliances and new counters. The adjoining dining room will easily accommodate 8.
The master suite has a private bath equipped with a jetted whirlpool tub. The master bed is a comfortable king size with new bedding and pillows. Take a quiet moment and sip your coffee from the balcony overlooking the pristine forest.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed and an additional bunk bed should you need additional bedding for your group. The second bath is adjacent to the second bedroom and is shared with the main living quarters.
The condo has in unit laundry facilities. There is a hot tub in the building for you to enjoy until 10 pm.
There is parking for one vehicle in the garage. One additional vehicle may be parked outdoors in the rear should you need to. Please limit your party to two vehicles and a permit is required for the second vehicle and will be assigned at check in.
The FREE Summit stage makes the last leg of its journey to Copper Mountain just steps from the property on Main St.
The immediate attraction of this location is the nearness of Main St. Frisco. Enjoy off mountain shopping and dining prices with the overwhelming presence of the Ten Mile Range. Frisco is often referred to as "The Main St of the Rockies". The area to the rear of the property is wooded and private. This location is ideal if you like the convenience of Main St but like the unobstructed view of the forest. This home is easily within a few minutes' drive of four world class ski resorts.
