Granite countertop breakfast bar (seats 4 people bar stools) allows friends and family to visit while dinner is being prepared. Separate formal dining off the kitchen with a seating for 8 and a casual high top table that seats 4 additional. Charles, the butler, stands in corner at your beck and call.

The media room above the garage will be the perfect place for kids to gather while adults lounge in the great room, complete with air hockey table, card table and another 60" rear projection TV. Here you can experience a true theatre viewing with four reclining, leather theatre chairs, cup holders included. Sit back and enjoy the show!

Venture out to the back patio to find true outdoor relaxation. During summer, the running stream and pond will delight you. You can also sit out on the front porch in rocking chairs and take in the fragrant smell of the garden flowers in the front. Turn on the gas fire pit, slip into the six-person private hot tub and listen to the babbling brook that runs by the house. After soaking, take a seat in one of the Adirondack chairs, pour yourself a favorite beverage and warm up by the fire. Gas grill available if you get the urge to grill.
