House is two levels with the master king on split level. Upper level is Kitchen (fully equipped), living area with gas fireplace, ½ bath, dining with an outdoor deck of views of golf course and they grill. Downstairs has the other 3 bedrooms 2 bath, entrance to garage and laundry.
