This three bedroom, three bathroom property sleeps eight with Fantastic views of lake Dillon! You will be in downtown Dillon with restaurants and bowling alley within walking distance. The condo is on the Summit County transportation line (The Summit Stage) for easy, free access to all ski areas and shopping. Ski areas of Keystone, Copper Mountain, Breckenridge and Vail are within a short drive. There are great biking opportunities for all types of bikers throughout Summit County. Your charming condo is located just over your covered parking.
The master bedroom has a Queen and full bath. 2nd Bedroom has a Queen and a full futon, TV and full bath in the hall. 3rd Bedroom loft is located up one set of stairs and offers Queen bed, TV and full bathroom. The living room has a gas fireplace, flat screen television, DVD player. Dining and Living room have tons of space for the whole crew. Kitchen has full size appliances, and all eating/cooking utensils. This unit had parking for 2 cars. This is a 3rd floor unit so no one will be above you, but there are stairs to access unit.
