Nestled in the mountains on 26 acres of private land, this beautiful lodge overlooks a pond with expansive mountain views beyond. Built in 2000, this home spans 3,819 square feet of living space. Tucked 1.9 miles in the Ruby Ranch subdivision, a true mountain experience is sure to be explored while staying at this beautiful property. The entrance through the two car garage spills into a ski storage area complete with a full closet for all of your mountain gear. Continue into the main living area boasting a gas stone fireplace, 32” flat screen television and floor to ceiling windows encasing the magnificent view of your own private Bootlegger Lake and Buffalo Mountain. A large deck can be accessed from the living room and offers a wrought iron table and chairs. Vaulted ceilings showcase this room along with natural wood floors. The gourmet kitchen offers granite counters, stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar with two barstools. A large dining room table is located off the kitchen area with seating for up to 10 people. The master bedroom, located off the living area also boasts access to the deck shared with the living room. The room is graced with a king size mission style bed and large walk in closet. The master bathroom presents his and her sinks, glass enclosed steam shower, washer and dryer and a jetted tub with picturesque mountain views, including the Keystone Ski Area. Located on the opposite end of the living room, is a guest bedroom with a queen log bed. A full guest bathroom is located off the entryway. Head upstairs to another guest bedroom complete with queen size mission style bed, twin bunk beds, walk in closet and a sofa. A 26” flat screen television and DVD player are located in this room for your entertaining needs. The downstairs family room has a bar with a full size fridge, oven and range, dishwasher, microwave and three barstools. A 52” flat screen television, DVD player and surround sound adorn the family room along with plenty of couches and chairs. A twin daybed and trundle are located at the back of the room and off to one side is another space with a queen log bed and walk out patio facing Buffalo Mountain. A full guest bathroom is located off the family room. The fourth bedroom is on this level with a queen bed, bringing the sleeping capacity in this home up to 14 without the use of a single sofa sleeper! The Ruby Ranch subdivision is a gated community and spans hundreds of acres including a horse barn in which guests can board their horses on a space available basis. The facility offers an outdoor riding arena as well as indoor stalls, tack room and feed room. If you have your own horses, be sure to inquire about this mountain home for your next trip to Summit County, Colorado! Ruby Ranch is located in the Silverthorne area, a convenient jaunt to restaurants, shops, grocery stores and six ski areas are all within 10-35 miles from the home! A 4-wheel drive is recommended in the winter. Guests also have exclusive access to the private trail that accesses the Mesa Cortina and Gore Trails which also access Buffalo, Red Peak and Willow Lakes for hiking, horseback riding, cross country skiing, snow shoeing, hunting, fishing, etc. Please be advised that the Ruby Ranch subdivision is a private, quiet, residential neighborhood. Outdoor activities of any kind that would disturb the peace and quiet enjoyment of the surrounding property owners is strictly forbidden. Any tenant who violates this policy will be subject to immediate eviction.
