The West Shore Cafe and Inn is located at the shores of Lake Tahoe, mere steps from the slopes of Homewood Mountain Resort, and 15 minutes from Alpine Meadows Resort.With its beautiful surroundings, warm ambiance, and a new menu, the West Shore Cafe and Inn will soon become an old favorite among Tahoe’s community and visitors alike.

The Sugar Pine Suite is located on the southern end of the Inn. The panoramic view of Lake Tahoe from the sitting room encompasses the south and east shores. The sitting room has an attached balcony which provides a unique birds-eye view of the patio, pier and expansive east shore views. The stylish couch faces a flat-screen TV and gas fireplace, and also folds out into a double sized bed. A small writing desk, mini-bar, reading chair and ottoman by the window fill out the rest of the room.
The adjoining bathroom, finished entirely with slate, looks over Lake Tahoe and has a shower/tub combo. The bedroom, attached through a small hallway, looks out to the south and features a queen bed, a flat-screen TV, a second private balcony facing south and a connected full bathroom with shower/tub combo. A second gas fireplace is located at the foot of the bed. The Sugar Pine Point Suite is slightly smaller in square footage than the other suites, but with an unmatched coziness.
The intimate inn at the West Shore Cafe offers six mountain-inspired guest rooms and suites that provide guests with luxurious comforts, authentic Tahoe hospitality, and conveniences such as a daily house-baked Continental breakfast and on-demand door-to-door shuttle service to nearby destinations.
