Timber Ridge is the place to stay if you are looking for a room with a view. Although it is just 1.5 miles from the Village, Timber Ridge has that secluded feeling of a mountain cabin. Each and Every condo has simply amazing panoramic views of either the valley or the ski area. No other property in Mammoth can boast such incredible views from all of the units. At least half of the Rental Condos have a 30' glass wall along the kitchen/living area. All units have full kitchens, real garages, and barbeques on the deck.

Timber Ridge #12 is a one bedroom with one and a half bathroom plus an additional loft. This two level unit has a mountain cabin type decor and color to embrace the surroundings. The upper level has a master's bedroom with a queen size bed, two twin bed in loft and a full bath. The living area has double size sleeper sofa. Also, this is a ski-in/ski-out and has a superb 180 degrees valley view.

The lower level comes with with fully equipped kitchen, a living area, balcony, and a half bathroom. This unit also features television, a stereo with CD player, television, VCR/DVD player, a stereo with CD player, wood stove fireplace, BBQ on deck. An additional television in the master's bedroom. This unit does not allow pets and is a non-smoking property.
