Timber Ridge is the place to stay if you are looking for a room with a view. Although it is just 1.5 miles from the Village, Timber Ridge has that secluded feeling of a mountain cabin. Each and Every condo has simply amazing panoramic views of either the valley or the ski area. No other property in Mammoth can boast such incredible views from all of the units. At least half of the Rental Condos have a 30' glass wall along the kitchen/living area. All units have full kitchens, real garages, and barbeques on the deck.

Timber Ridge #33B is a corner unit that features two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master's bedroom features a queen size bed, a private bath and a valley view. The second guestroom has a king size bed giving the woods view and a hall bath while the living area has a queen sleeper sofa that accommodates up to six guests. This corner unit gives breathtaking south facing views of Owen Valley and White Mountains while the rear side of the condominium shows the woods view.

This single story unit on second floor features kitchen, a living area with balcony, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Other amenities that can be found in this unit are television and DVD player in each bedroom, a wood stove fireplace, propane BBQ on deck, a direct private phone in unit and a complimentary internet. There's also a pool during summer, a year round spa and central laundry. This property does not allow pets and all units are non-smoking.
