Aspen Creek Resort is adjacent to Juniper Springs Lodge, which is at the base of the Eagle Run. During winter, this property is just a short walk to the Eagle Express six packs and Eagle Ski Lodge. There is a ski shop with rental equipment, ski school and indoor/outdoor restaurant and bar.

Aspen Creek is the ideal location during summer. It has a lovely outdoor pool, three spas, and a sauna. The pool area is usually open from Memorial Day through the end of September and has grand views of Mammoth Rock and Mammoth Crest. There is a paved bike path bordering the back of the property which takes you along Mammoth Creek into the heart of Mammoth about 1.5 miles away. The Sierra Star Golf Course is half mile from the property.

Underground garage parking is available with every unit. Each building has an elevator as well as stairwell access from the underground garage to the units.

Aspen Creek #301 is a one of the coveted single story top floor condominiums with high ceilings and elevator access from the underground parking. It has a one bedroom and one and one fourth bathroom. The guestroom features a queen bed and an LCD TV. It has a full bathroom and additional two separate sink areas outside of the inner bath. The living area has a queen sleeper sofa that makes this unit accommodate up to four guests.
