Summit also features several year-round central spas, BBQs, saunas, and a full workout / weight room. The exterior facing of Mammoth Summit was fully remodeled in 2008 and 2009. This property is a perfect fit for those families who want the convenience of a nearly ski in ski out condo, but have members in their party who require beginner ski access and/or ski lessons.

Summit #B246 is a single level unit that has one bedroom, one bathroom. The master's bedroom had queen size bed and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit can accommodate up to four guests.

This cozy unit is directly across from the Eagle Express Lift. Its amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, TV with DVD player, stereo with CD player, and wood-burning fireplace. The property has two pools, several outdoor hot tubs, tennis court and a work out room.
