The condominium comes equipped with a private hot tub and BBQ on the back deck, gas fireplace, washer and dryer, jetted tub, and new garage parking for one vehicle. There are cable televisions with VCRs in each bedroom and in the loft. The property sleeps eight in the following configuration: king, queen, king in loft, and a sleeper-sofa.
During the summer months, private hot tubs are deactivated. There is an additional fee to reactivate private hot tubs. 72 hours notice is required. Please contact your agent for more details. Not all common area hot tubs are operational during summer months.
