The Lowell Avenue Duplex is located just up the street from the Park City Mountain Resort on Lowell Avenue. It’s spacious and in a great location, perfect for families or large groups. The sleeping capacity of both units combined is 23.

Each unit is approximately 2000 square feet and has four levels, with nearly exact floor plans. The main level is the living room, kitchen and dining area combined in one great room, and one bedroom. The lower level is the entrance from the garage, a mudroom area and the laundry room. The second and third bedrooms are on the level above the main, this is also the level where the back deck with the hot tub is located. The top level is the master bedroom suite. Both units have their own private hot tub and two car garage.

The  Unit, #1115, has a loft located on the level above the living room. The living room wood burning fireplace, 42" Wall Mounted HDTV, DVD, CD stereo, lots of light, the kitchen is well equipped for cooking meals with top quality cookware throughout. The dining area adjoins living room and kitchen, seating for eight guests, plus bar seating for three at the kitchen counter. The private hot tub is outside on back deck and the private to unit, outside on back deck, washer and dryer in laundry room downstairs.

Bedding: Master – King bed, adjoining bathroom. Second – Queen bed, adjoining bathroom. Third – Two twin beds, bathroom nearby in hall. Fourth – Queen Murphy bed, twin bunk beds, adjoining bathroom. Loft – Double bed.
