Bear Hollow townhomes are located in beautiful Bear Hollow Village, just one mile from The Canyons Resort, the Utah Olympic Park, and the Redstone Shopping Complex, and approximately five miles from downtown Park City. The clubhouse provides guests with an outdoor pool during the summer months, year-round common hot tub, fitness room and club room for gathering with friends. A car is recommended, as the shuttle service is not as frequent as it is in town.

It features a full kitchen, living room, dining room and den. One king and all of the queen mattresses were replaced in the fall of 2010 and are 100% organic foam latex. Bedding includes a king in the first bedroom, queen in the second bedroom, queen in the third bedroom, king in the fourth bedroom, twin bunk bed in the bunk room, and queen sofa sleeper in the living room.
Amenities include a private outdoor hot tub, two gas fireplaces and wireless internet access, XBOX 360 and lots of family games and puzzles. The bunk room is accessed through the downstairs master bedroom. This four bedroom plus bunk room, three bathroom townhome will sleep up to ten people, making it the ideal vacation home for families.

Hot tubs are not included with rates during the summer season but are available for a setup fee. Minimum age to rent is 25.
