Bear Hollow townhomes are located in beautiful Bear Hollow Village, just one mile from The Canyons Resort, the Utah Olympic Park, and the Redstone Shopping Complex, and approximately five miles from downtown Park City. The clubhouse provides guests with an outdoor pool during the summer months, year-round common hot tub, fitness room and club room for gathering with friends. A car is recommended, as the shuttle service is not as frequent as it is in town.

This three bedroom plus den, three and half bathroom townhome offers a full kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless appliances, gas fireplace, pool table, and private hot tub, making it the ideal vacation home for families, meetings, or even a guys' outing. Bedding includes a queen in the first bedroom, queen in the second bedroom, twin bunk bed and a twin bed in the third bedroom, and a twin trundle bed in the loft. One of the few Park City properties with air conditioning, it makes the hot summer months more comfortable.

Hot tubs are not included with rates during the summer season but are available for a setup fee. Minimum age to rent is 25.
