This elegant, brand new 5 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom chalet is nestled in the midst of the majestic Rocky Mountains in Steamboat Springs, Colorado in a new luxury community named Cimarron, within walking distance to Steamboat's world-class ski slopes. Upon entering this spacious and comfortable home, your friends and family will love the western mountain ranch feeling that makes this property so unique. With over 3000 square feet of living space, this three-level town-home sleeps up to 15. There are 5 bedrooms: 3 with king size beds and two with bunk beds for the kids (4 of the 5 bedrooms have their own bathroom). An expansive great room with a large stone fireplace, large plasma TV and free wireless internet, opens to the adjacent gourmet kitchen: great for entertaining. The dining room seats 8 guests. An upstairs offers a loft with a large plasma TV and a pullout couch that converts to a 6th bedroom for additional sleep space.
On your private balcony, relax and take a dip in the large private hot tub or grill out all year long while enjoying the view of the Rockies. The heated community pool and fitness center are located right across the street from the chalet.
With prices skyrocketing, Steamboat is still a great value, and yet it sacrifices nothing in terms of a world-class ski resort. We provide a free shuttle to the ski gondola. There is a locker at the base of the mountain to store your skis and boots. There is another shuttle that takes you to downtown Steamboat and the Hot Springs.
