The Yeager Home is located in a residential neighborhood in south Elkhorn and is approximately 2 miles from downtown Ketchum and the River Run ski lifts. The Elkhorn Plaza is about a mile away by car or bicycle and the Mountain Rides bus stops less than one block away during peak seasons, but does not service the Juniper loop during off seasons. The bus will transport guests to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, Sun Valley resort and Elkhorn Resort. This property has access to the Elkhorn amenities and Harker Center. Amenities include a community pool, hot tub, sauna, tennis courts and more.
This three bedroom, two and a half bathroom home features a den, a bonus room, a dining table that seat eight guests, a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of counter space, a microwave, a dishwasher, spacious living room with a gas log fireplace, a flat screen TV, a DVD player, premium cable, a stereo with cassette/CD player, bonus room which has been converted to a second level den with TV, televisions in each bedroom, a full size laundry and a two-car garage. Bedding includes two queens, two twins, a queen futon and two twin sofa beds in the loft. All linens and towels are provided as well as soaps, shampoos and lotions. This home may accommodate ten guests.
