SunPointe Chateau 20 is located in the Elkhorn Village and is close to the free shuttle to town and ski lifts. During the summer months, a Robert Trent Jones golf course is the focal point of the Elkhorn Resort. Swimming pools, hot tubs and tennis courts are available at both the Elkhorn Village and Harker Center.
This three bedroom, three and a half bathroom unit features outstanding views from the large deck, a den, a one car garage, a living room with a 29 inch TV, a DVD player, a CD player, floor to ceiling windows, ceiling fans, a formal dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances, a breakfast bar and a large laundry room with a full size washer/dryer, an iron/ironing board, a 12 inch TV in the master, a 19 inch TV in the second bedroom, a 17 inch TV in the third bedroom, a 29 inch TV in the den, a covered patio and a private hot tub in the small back yard. Bedding includes a king, four twin beds and a queen sleeper sofa. All linens and towels are provided as well as soaps, shampoos and lotions. This unit may accommodate six guests.
