One block from the Gondola, the Jennings Home is spacious and convenient to town. Enter the home from Depot Ave into a tiled entryway. The master bedroom is to your left; it has a king bed, flat screen TV, and attached bath with jetted tub, separate shower, and two sinks. The second and third bedrooms are also on this level; each has a queen bed and a TV. The second bathroom with a shower combination tub is located in the hallway.

The basement is accessible from this level, it it you will find the fourth and fifth bedrooms. Each bedroom has a queen bed and one bedroom has a TV. A child's room with a twin bed is located to the left of the basement door. A bathroom with a shower only and a living room are also on this level.

The living room has a TV/DVD player, stove, 1/2 sized fridge, and table for four. Go up two levels to the great room. It has a large living room and kitchen separated by a dining room table for six. The living room has a gas fireplace, plenty of sitting room, and a large flat screen TV with DVD player. The living room allows access to a deck with a BBQ grill. The kitchen has a breakfast bar for four, and is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, gas stovetop, and Mexican tile floors. The washer/dryer and fourth bathroom with a shower combination tub are located on this level.

The third story of the home has a sleeping loft with a twin futon. From this level, you access a deck (shared with the adjoining Mintz residence) that has a hot tub and mountain views.
