This premium four bedroom condominium was just added to our rental pool during the 2009-10 season! Luxury amenities include hardwood floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, beautiful artwork and more. The living room features a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace and entertainment center with flat panel television. There is also a beautifully crafted small gaming table for those looking for a little competition after a day on the slopes!
Located on the third floor of our Phase III building, mountain views are spectacular from the south side of the condo and balcony. For ease and convenience, the condo features a "mud-room" style entry for ski boots & gear, in-suite washer/ dryer and and complimentary wireless internet access.
Three out of the four bedrooms are on the main floor of the condo and each includes a full bath. The fourth bedroom is accessed via stairs and has its own half bath. Bedding includes a queen bed in the master, two twins with one trundle in the second bedroom, king in the third bedroom and queen in the upstairs bedroom. Maximum occupancy is eight people.
