Town Square Condominiums combine the luxury of comfortable lodging with the convenience of one of the Valley's best locations, in the center of our self-contained mountain village with an assortment of shops, dining, and entertainment just footsteps away. We're near a variety of recreational activities to keep your family occupied during every season.

We have townhouse-style condominiums within the convenience of a hotel atmosphere. Condos are located off a hallway that accesses 6-7 other condos. All units require climbing one flight of stairs to reach the entrance. And, three-bedroom units are either 2 or 3 levels.

Pond View
One of our guests' favorites, this end unit condo overlooks Corcoran's Pond and the Town Square courtyard. In addition to a 32" Television with VCR/DVD in the spacious living room, there are two more TVs in the condo. This unit features a full kitchen and dining area. The second floor has a bathroom and two bedrooms, each with a queen bed. The third floor has a bathroom and a large bedroom with two twin beds, a set of bunk beds, and a large round window offering great views for the kids.

For the summer visitor, Town Square is the home of Corcoran's Pond, canoe and paddle boat rentals, WV indoor ice arena (open in summer too), bike rentals, and a full schedule of summer events. It's near other summer outdoor activities too—like the town beach, golf, tennis, hiking, skate park and BMX track, Fit Trail, Snow's Mountain Chairlift, a swimming pool, and a wonderful array of family activities offered by the WV Recreation Department and the Curious George Cottage.

Winter sees our courtyard gently covered in snow, a horse-drawn sleigh ready to take you for a ride across the pristine valley. The Waterville Valley Nordic Center is located in Town Square, and offers 70 km of Nordic trails for cross-country skiing or snowshoeing. The shuttle bus offers complimentary rides to and from Waterville Valley Ski Resort, for great riding and skiing just 5 minutes away. And the WV indoor ice arena is located adjacent to Town Square. Lodging in the winter includes access to the White Mountain Athletic Club, and a variety of family activities with the WV Recreation Department
