The McKinney Upper is the upstairs unit of a cozy mountainside duplex located in the Winter Lane area. The unit has a valley view peeping through the large fir trees that are surrounding this 4 bedroom / 2 bathroom.
A large deck off the open living room, dining and kitchen area makes for a great entertaining area, along with the BBQ. The living room has a wood fireplace and TV. The dining area has seating for 8 at the table and 4 at the counter. Upstairs in the master bedroom has a king bed, the next bedroom has a queen. The set of bunks and a full bed make up yet another bedroom. In the upper bedroom is a set of twin beds. There is a private laundry facility and in the summer there is air conditioning.
