Alpine View #1 is a 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom unit has a fully equipped kitchen with all silverware, dishes and cooking utensils provided. All linens are furnished, this unit is approximately 1,800 square feet.
The lower level entry contains the ski storage room and one car garage which lead to the entrance to both properties. The main floor consists of a sunken living area, separate dining room with a wet bar adjacent to the kitchen, a walk-out deck with a gas bbq. There is a hand-painted checkerboard table in the living room under the large windows. Two bedrooms, a bath with large shower and two sinks and laundry area also located on the main floor. The master bedroom upstairs has a view of the living area below with an adjoining bath. A large double sink vanity is located just outside the bath. A large walk-in closet compliments this upper floor.
