Alante Vista is a newly constructed complex in the Fraser area. Decorated and equipped units offer a cozy and welcoming retreat. Just 6 miles from the Winter Park Ski Area, in the tranquil neighborhood of Winter Park Ranch, the Alante Vista units are accessed from interior heated stairwells. During the winter ski season, there will be a free shuttle for transportation.
This two bedroom , two bathroom unit both have queen beds. The open-plan living room has 9 foot high ceilings throughout, TV/VCR/DVD, telephone and Queen Sofa sleeper. The focal point of a slate-finished gas fireplace is found in the dining and kitchen area. The additional upgrades in the kitchen are granite countertops, slate tile flooring and stainless steel appliances. There is also washer/dryer, private oversized one car garage and small covered patio.
