Bear Crossing is a new town home development of the highest quality. This private community was planned to maximize the mountain range views of the Indian Peaks Wilderness to James Peak for each unit on a low density 7-acre site.
Bear Crossing's location is 1 mile from downtown, yet provides easy access to the open space of the Arapahoe National Forest and huge trail system that makes Winter Park famous for unlimited biking, hiking and snowshoeing.
The free shuttle bus passes within 150 yards of the main entrance to the Bear Crossing complex. In order to access the shuttle bus, there is somewhat of a walk from your unit to the entrance depending on your specific unit location. In the event you prefer not to have a walk of any length to the shuttle stop, we recommend you have your own vehicle. You can drive directly to the Winter Park Resort and park or you can drive 1 mile to the Cooper Creek Shopping Center in downtown which has the main bus terminal and provides free parking; you can then take the free shuttle to the ski resort.
All town homes are uniformly equipped with gourmet kitchens - stainless steel appliances, granite counter-tops, solid wood cabinetry and hardwood floors, which are also found in the dining areas. The high vaulted ceiling in the living room accentuate the spectacular mountain views and is a great place to relax and enjoy the gas fireplace, flat screen LCD cable TV, DVD players and access the private balcony.
This three bedroom, three and a half bathroom unit has an approximate size of 2201 sq ft. The master bedroom has a king bed. Second bedroom has a queen bed. Third bedroom has two twin beds. Den has a queen sofa sleeper. Amenities full gourmet kitchen, gas fireplace, two LCD TV's with cable, 2 DVD's, free wireless internet access, high vaulted ceilings with double height glass in the living rooms, private balcony and patio, outdoor hot-tub, deck, washer & dryer and one-car garage. This is a non smoking unit.
