Crestview Place condominiums are on the free winter shuttle route, which will stop in the front of the main building for an easy transport to the ski resort. The in town location of Crestview Place makes it Winter Park's most convenient lodging option and it is adjacent to restaurants, bars and the shopping complex of Cooper Creek Square. All units at the property are accessible from the interior hallways via elevator and have split-level interiors and spacious floor plans. The private balconies offer views of the Continental Divide or of Main Street in downtown Winter Park.

This two bedroom plus loft, three bathroom unit has an area of approximately 1,344 sqaure feet of living space. This unit is located on the 6th floor of the building and is a non-smoking and no pets allowed unit. This unit will also sleep ten guests and has a great views of the main downtown area and mountain views including the Winter Park Ski Resort. The lower entry level of the unit has the master bedroom with queen bed and en-suite full bathroom with a bonus amenity including a jetted whirlpool bathtub, the second bedroom on this level has a flat screen TV, full bathroom and one double bed and one twin bed for sleeping.

The main floor of the unit has high vaulted ceilings in the main living room area with a modern furnished decor, gas fireplace, flat screen TV, DVD player, free in unit Wi-Fi internet access and access to the private balcony. A queen sofa sleeper is in the living room for two additional sleeping areas. Adjacent to the main living area, the dining room is on an elevated level with large wood table and seating for six guests and there are additional three spots available at the breakfast bar that overlooks the kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen has lots of counter top space, newer appliances and plenty of cabinets. The upper level of the unit has an open loft that overlooks the main living room area below and has a queen bed and one twin bed with access to a full bathroom.

At the time of check-in guests will be required to sign a registration card acknowledging agreement to our terms and conditions.
