Park City Mountain Resort

Park City Mountain Resort is a unique place with 3,300 acres of amazingly varied terrain spread over seven peaks and nine bowls. Its assortment of mountain activities is guaranteed to offer something for every level of skier and every family member. Try Park City Mountain Resort’s NASTAR course located on Blanche Run or check out its unique Signature Runs program for intermediate and advance skiers and boarders wanting to “conquer more of the mountain.” Thrill-seeking skiers and boarders can visit one or all of Park City Mountain Resort’s four world-class terrain parks (King’s Crown, Pick ‘n Shovel, Jonesy’s, and Payday Jib)—voted #1 by Transworld Snowboarding Magazine for five consecutive years. Or, try the Eagle Superpipe—site of many events of the 2002 Olympics and, at 22 feet, it's one of the largest half pipes in the world.

Park City also offers night skiing, old-fashioned mountain sleigh-rides, a tubing hill, and snowmobiling at Gorgoza Park. For non-skiers, The Alpine Coaster offers a toboggan-style ride down more than 4,000 feet of dramatic twists and turns. There is also the Fort Frosty play area and a number of on-mountain restaurants and lodges.

Park City Mountain Resort is an easy 35-minute drive from Salt Lake International Airport (with more than 800 flights daily), which makes it possible to leave home in the morning and be on the mountain by noon. By sundown you can be soaking in the relaxed atmosphere in a lavish après ski lodge or exploring any number of shops and boutiques that line historic Main Street.
