Sunshine Village

Sunshine Village’s abundant snowfall, uncrowded slopes, and striking alpine vistas make it a favorite Banff destination. Spread over three mountains and covering 3,358 skiable acres, Sunshine Village has a range of diverse trails, groomed slopes, powder-filled bowls, and challenging backcountry. Guests of Sunshine Village even have the novel opportunity of skiing through the provinces of British Columbia and Alberta in the same run. Being situated in the heart of the Canadian Rockies, Sunshine Village annually receives more than 30 feet of light and dry “champagne powder” snow, which is ideal for gliding across even the roughest environments. The Rogers Terrain Park at Sunshine Village offers adventurous riders a chance to test their abilities across 12 acres of strategically placed rails, ramps, boxes, and uniquely designed park fixtures.
