This two-story Highland Greens Townhome is centrally located just across the street from the Jack Nicklaus designed, 27-hole golf course and the Breckenridge Nordic Center offers a close proximity to five world class ski resorts with a free private shuttle ride to Breckenridge ski slopes or into town. Guests can relax in the private outdoor hot tub while taking in views of the Ten Mile Range after a satisfying day on the mountain, snowmobiling, biking, hiking, or shopping. The outdoor propane gas grill is located on the patio all year long.
In the summer, the paved bike/walking trail is just minutes from this home that runs from Breckenridge to the town of Frisco and beyond. There is also a wide selection of hiking and biking trails that wind through our National Forest.
This three bedroom, two and a half bathroom townhome has all the amenities needed to make the mountain stay comfortable and enjoyable. The main level has the kitchen, living room, dining room, half bathroom, and laundry room equipped with a full size washer and dryer. The living room has a gas fireplace, 37-inch flat screen TV with Satellite Direct TV and DVR as well as DVD player and CD/Radio. A queen size pull-out couch is available for additional sleeping space. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker, and toaster. The dining area seats six with additional seating at the bar. The townhome has a two car heated garage allowing guests to stay warm upon their return. The radiant heating system under the wood and slate floors keeps the family cozy and warm during the winter months. Bedding includes a queen bed int he master, a queen bed in the second bedroom, two twin beds in the third bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. This unit may accommodate six guests.
