This is nonsmoking, one bedroom condominium with one bathroom unit. Walking to the Village Gondola from this unit is considered three blocks including a long steep driveway to reach Lake Mary Road. It also has a very partial view of the Sherwin Mountains. It has a full kitchen, microwave, fire view, wood burner, 37-inch Flat Screen TV, VCR, DVD player, stereo with a cassette/CD player and a phone. The living room has a queen fold out couch and the bedroom has a king size bed. This unit sleeps up to four guests. There are 16 stairs to reach this unit and it is all one level inside.
