This apartment is conveniently located in “Old Town” Park City and is a very short walk to Main Street with lots of restaurants, night life and, of course, shopping! Also, the town lift with direct access to Park City Mountain Resort is located just about 2 blocks up the street. These two features make this condo one of the best locations in all of Park City!

The apartment itself is a part of a full sized home divided into two sections (the lower, one bedroom section is also available through Alpine Ski Properties) and this two bedroom condo is on the upper two floors. On the main level of the condo is the living room and kitchen, they are open to one another which makes for a very social environment.

The separate dining room is located near the entrance of the condo and has new tile flooring. Each bedroom is located up a separate flight of stairs (**these stairs are quite steep, persons with disabilities or trouble with stairs may consider a different condo**). The master bedroom is a like a private suite with a King bed, views of uptown Park City and a full bathroom located directly across the hallway. The second bedroom is perfect for the kids with a one queen bed and one twin bed. The bathroom for this bedroom is at the bottom of the stairs near the kitchen.
