Powder Run is located right at the base of Deer Valley Resort. Easily walk to the lift within a couple minutes or catch the free city-wide shuttle to explore the dining, shopping, and nightlife of Park City's Main Street.

This appointed condominium has all the comforts of home as well as one of the most convenient locations in Deer Valley. The common area parking garage has convenient elevator access to the second floor of the building where unit B-21 is located. The layout is all on one floor. The entry area has a coatroom with cubby holes for all ski gear and then enters the kitchen area. The living room has two decks with stunning views of Deer Valley Resort and its mountains. The second and third bedrooms share an access hallway off the kitchen whiles the Master bedroom has a separate access through the entry hall.

The living room has a high beamed ceiling, floor to ceiling stone fireplace (wood burning with gas assist), 50” HDTV with HD service, Blu-Ray DVD, CD, surround sound stereo, plenty of seating. Great mountain views from the two sliding glass doors and two decks. Queen sofa sleeper in this room. The kitchen recently updated with stainless steel appliances. There is an island counter and bar with sink and dishwasher separate the kitchen space from the dining area. Well equipped for cooking meals. The dining room has a seating at the dining table for six persons with bar stool seating for three at the kitchen counter. Washer and dryer in laundry room and common parking garage with elevator access to the condominium.
