Pitkin Creek Park is where the Gore Creek Properties office is located and is also the home of the East Vail Market and Liquor Store. Pitkin Creek Park is home to all of our one bedroom condominiums and studios while also offering a variety of two and three bedroom options too. The first East Vail stop on the bus and offers easy access to and from the Village, a mere 10 to 15 minutes depending on how busy the valley is. It has a pool in the summer and a hot tub year round.
Managed by Gore Creek Properties, this Pitkin Creek studio apartment has a spacious feel to it with the loft being able to separate the sleeping area from the living area. The loft is set up with a queen mattress and a queen futon. The living room has a dining room table for four and a pullout couch. There is also a full kitchen and breakfast bar.
