The Kintla is furnished with simple furniture carved from pine with natural finishes. The rooms contain unique Montana touches including down comforters, decorator fabrics and cozy fireplaces in all living rooms and in some master bedrooms. All Kintla condominiums offer high speed internet access for guest convenience.
The common areas are enhanced by wood accents, slate and carpet flooring, in a rustic Montana decor. There is access to underground parking, elevator access to all floors, an outdoor whirlpool, deck, sauna and showers, providing guests with in-house comfort and convenience.
Kintla #404 is a spacious three bedroom / three bathroom corner unit with lots of light provided by the extra windows in the living area. The unit has a beautiful slope-facing view with a deck off the living area. The living room features a gas fireplace, over sized sofa, vaulted ceiling, CD player, TV with VCR and DVD player. The dining area seats six comfortably with additional seating for two at the bar.
Beddings consist of a king size bed, two queen beds and a bunk bed which can accommodate eight people. Amenities include kitchen, wet bar, mini refrigerator, coffeemaker, dishwasher, laundry facilities, elevator access, wireless internet access, parking space and hot tub.
