Bio: Andrew Bornski, Hydrologist

Andrew Bornski hails from somewhere in the Russian Federation. He came to the United States to study his first love, Hydrology, which is the study of the movement, distribution, and quality of water on Earth and other planets.

Andrew received his degree from a University that can’t be named due to some dust up he had there with a fellow student while discussing winter water distribution.

His favorite quote is “Hydrological models are simplified, conceptual representations of a part of the hydrological cycle.”We have no idea what that means, but he likes saying it over and over.

Andrew is well known for his work at the Center for Geological Studies - Ski Division and his contribution to many well known Hydrology focused journals. In his spare time, Andrew likes to talk about Hydrology.
